Replaceable Life
Shivering as the winter cold
Blows in as if an open door you hold
A child's life was sold
To a new country he was told
That his old life was replaceable
Soon exposed to a mother's sin which was not erasable
Hurt and lost this child became unpredictable
A new man in his life not his blood
always unreliable
a wife, a father, a husband to this family was easily replaceable........
Yearning to remember the past
became insatiable
Years went by and the blurs of memories were now untraceable
For what was created was a forgotten man
now invisible
A ghost walking the earth wishing it was all reversible
