Relief

Relief can come in many ways .... The solving of problems or solid answers The escape from trauma with freedom found Cool air in the intense heat or warmth in the cold The end of a dangerous storm with clear skies The reassurance of love when there is doubt Healing from health issues after suffering Security after a long tme frame of chaos... Finding your purpose after being in doubt But the biggest relief is acceptance of who you are There's no-one like you with exactly what can be given In this one life, seek it, find it, live it and celebrate! There are some who revel at trying to drag us down to their level, slandering, lying, exaggerating. Maintaining a healthy self esteem in the face of such is not easy, but possible, as you point out. I would even suggest it's vital. Relief is just around the corner
