Release My Love

Lies cut deep, and my heart bleeds red; as dying dreams drown in their blood. And from each cut, sadness is bled; dripping excruciating pain. Betrayal has opened a vein, and anxiety starts to flood. There is no chance for future bliss, when love is chained to misery. Yet hope lingers like a faint kiss or a promise left unfulfilled. Let go of what time can't rebuild, release my love and set me free.
