Silent lake mirrors, i love that last line! Queen of haiku you are and you do them seamlessly ensuring your imagery is gracefully captivating! And true solitude whispers so much and in solitude we find so many answers, like the lake that shows so much, and mirror through peace ripples so serene! Pleasure reading this. Sending you light always

as I wrote this Haiku, I thought of you, dear Ink, and believed you might enjoy it. I agree with you. In solitude we find so many answers. I'm grateful for all the times my dad took me to the lake. I sat on the shore watching him silently fish, absorbed in the solitude and tranquility. Those images sparked these words. Thanks for your enthusiastic words, signed 'The Haiku Queen." :-) have a great day, hugs, Sara
