“Mistaken that I was this body-mind,
I succumbed to desire and fell to fear
but on choosing pathways loving and kind,
light of God in heart began to appear
and truth of my true essence became clear,
which made in God’s image, is living light,
gripping us in rapture of bliss delight.”

In a katabatic abyss, where fears may lie,
I am seeking the light that may never die.
Laden with syllogism, I grasp toward sky,
To ascend above, and learn how to fly.
Despite visceral hurdles, I will never sigh,
In God's kindness, somnambulic bias rely.
A jettison reattempt of fears, as tears dry,
I must descry my power, as days clop by.
Held in quiet sanctitude, enshrined in core comply,
In His persuasive powers, we shall heal and vie.
Baring souls, exposing warts in cathartic spark spy,
A surrogate to authentic grace, akin to stars so high.
A bond of belief boldly binds, as souls neatly unify,
On prosperous pathways, our dreams amplify.
Often, I find the soothing sound serenading as I cry,
Sniffing out who is seeking my steadfast reply.
