Recognition
Designated as a this or that
Captive to needs of feeble form
We feel both limited and incomplete
Until cradled by divine love caress warm
We see clearly there are two of us in here
The one who’s hijacked soul is the ego
Thus living light remains in bondage
Till fears and desires, we let go
In staid stillness we so recognise
That we’re far more than body-mind
But to transcend limitations on us imposed
We must leave each and every concept behind
Silence paves the way for our soul’s illumination
That that never was dies, that we may rise
Wonderstruck beholding light of Self
Demons of darkness capsize
