Read Em and Weep
READ "EM AND WEEP
I don't like to write long poems, otherwise I would be here all dayMy pencil would whittle down and all my pages would start to fray
By the time I wrote all about summer, winter would be on its wayAnd you would be bored of all the things I tried in lines to convey
So, I am endeavoring to keep my poetry short, simple and sweetThen with all my lines forever justified to keep them ever so neat
No more than eight lines as it helps the reader from falling asleepThen "Lo and behold" digest all the lines, and read "em and weep
