Raindrops and a Cat

             The afternoon sky is dark,
             Cat looking sadly for her sun.
             Raindrops on windows,
             Like heartbroken tears,
             Splashing on silvered window sill.
             Cat hears their magical sound.
             Pitty-pat, pitty-pat.
             Cat translates this as...
             Kitty-cat, Kitty-cat!
