Rain Dances
The blazing sun withered the land,
Like a young heart burning with lust;
Virginity covered in dust.
Rain dances and a farmer’s hand.
Beneath her smile an endless cry.
For without love, her heart would die.
Drenching waters flooded the sand.
Forever rushing through her brain;
Purity would never be the same.
The unexpected flurry…grand.
Those years without hope took a toll.
Love danced and prayers saved her soul.
