Rabbit Hole

Went looking for a Rabbit Hole, Ended up on my same old street, With nowhere to go, And only mirrors to meet. I close my eyes, and try to hide. But these mirrors see what's inside. It's black. It's white. It's dark, but it's light. I'm not the brown hair, the golden eyes, I'm not these scars and chubby thighs. I move through walls without the doors, Float along, above the floors. Someday this heart will stop, and I will go. There won't be anything that I won't know. I grin and think of when my soul Goes down that final Rabbit Hole.
