Question......Time

How long......will this sadness last how long will I live in the past How long....will this nightmare stay how long...before I pray How long...'ere the sun breaks through how long 'til you make all things new How long....until I realise never to receive..other's lies How long ?

Brian, this is beautiful. You address some of the same questions that I ask of myself...and God. Thank you for your work....I'm enjoying reading through it all! Donna

aww this sounds a sad poem but it is a great one, it reminds me of two of my favouraite songs, one is how long must I wait, it's a christian song, and strength will rise as we wait upon the lord, we never know how long we have to wait but it's in the waiting that we become even stronger in the Lord, have you ever listened to hungry falling on my knees by chris tomlin, anyway happy holidays God bless from diane

IL have been reading your blogs and they are not about you but about others I respect your humbleness and love to educate the rest of us. They are always a pleasure to read and learned but I will never forget the Jericho Rose and you are part of that thought process. GBU Michael

Brian this one touched me. WOW. You sometimes come through beyond word's but a true wisdom this is one. You really have touched me with this. I can relate to this my good friend. I guess time is the great healer and that is what it takes. We are some time's wishful thinkers and our hearts get in the way. This is truly wonderful Brian you touched my heart with this one. You inspired me when I was going through my difficult time. You are a man of honor and a man I truly respect and love.GBU

Wow Brian. These seem like questions asked at a dark time in someone's life. Most of us have been there, and will sadly, be there again. Deeply emotional and introspective. Certainly hope all is well with you and yours. Always the questions, never the answers, until the time is right. Love, Shar

Dear Brian, The pain from our past is like a ghost. It haunts us until we learn a life's lesson and it is not always the obvious, for if it were, the pain would go away. I feel the very deep emotion of that pain in this poem. May God Bless you! Lainie

Well, that's a big question, Brian. I guess it depends on how much one is willing to lose, before he decides not to let darkness in anylonger. God bless, love, Kristin
