Triumphant quest fires fulfillment zeal granted by the Lord Who deserves the best from His children. By the poet
Quest
With zest
To do best
For God so blest
Draws* me nigh His breast
Geared up toward faith’s crest
Serving well midst heart’s earnest
While reaching-out against pride’s test
Declaring h o p e to those sin-oppressed
Cheering the gloomy to rise from guilt-pest.
Living for the Lord kindles my quest’s flame
Since He redeemed me to bear His name
Freeing my soul from evil game
To have e t e r n a l life claim
Midst pardon against shame
Thus, I now proclaim…
Christ’s loving fame
Props my frame
For same
Aim.
