Mercy

I was in a Boulevard, It was full of public. It was the day of Diwali, Crowd was in full of joy and happiness. Crowd was booting sweets and crackers, Kids were demanding for sweets and crackers. Abruptly, my eyes stooped at an impoverished innocent, He was admiring the people here and there. Crowd was in happiness, But, he was in a little darkness. His face was muddy, And, his eyes were looking needy. Crowd was engaged in their own matter, No one was goggling for him. I tried to go there, But, when I was crossing the road. Suddenly, a little chunk of jalebi fell on the road, After, seeing jalebi a little smile arose on his face; Just, like little Lily arose in muddy water. He ran quickly towards jalebi. Quickly he picked up the jalebi, But, swiftly a small Puppy reached there for jalebi. Innocent child gave the jalebi to Puppy, And, returned to his mean position. Then, I was unable to understand, What was happening there? But, my eyes were full of tears, Suddenly, the child disappeared from there. Nonchalantly, I returned to my home, With the full of tears in my eye's dome. My heart was sobbing to say that, "Why I couldn't help him?" I thought, that we have been killing our brothers, For our land, money, food and furthers. Today, we are not able to see the progress of others, And, today we cannot sacrifice for our brothers. I know he had not any qualification, He is unable to take any education; But, his precious qualification, Is much greater than world's any education.
