Purple Sunset I'm stunned by purple when I see the gifts of sky's vast majesty, mixed with warm orange and pink streaks, aglow neath clouds as evening peaks. A blushing sunset paints this scene as shadows dim the sun's gold sheen, and purple mutes the fiery ray that blazoned sunshine thru the day. Oh Sandra, I was trying to paint a similar scene with a one-liner but took it a different direction. Anyway, I had seen a picture similar to this one and so much wanted to paint it with words as you have done.
