The Psalms are the very best poetry - if you want inspired wisdom - whatever your circumstances - the Psalms have you covered. All the blessings for this season, Anaya :))

As an open-minded agnostic, I found Jesus Christ Superstar so stirring and heartfelt that it opened my mind even more to the teachings of Jesus. The sermon on the mount was a revolutionary event, it changed the concept of "us" from tribal to a universal pronoun. How cool is that. Robert

Great quote. It makes me sad to think though that some actually believe Jesus would be honored by a man made tradition based on fallacies, heathen customs, materialism and revelry. Perhaps the pop-culture Jesus that many have embraced would, but not the Biblical Jesus - John 8:32. Have a peaceful week

However it is Jesus's core philosophies of peace tolerance and universal understanding. This IS what is embraced. I say celebrate.

The Scriptures I cited are Jesus' own words, not mine. I could have referenced many more but if you haven't learned anything from what he said, what would be the point? Still, I wish only the best for your future Anaya. There is still a limited time left to jump on the ark

Hypocrisy is the coin of the realm and always has been. You have taught me nothing. "I have found that those without fault also tend to have no virtues" Abe

Peace, tolerance and universal understanding? Like many, you have embraced the Hollywood Jesus. The real, Biblical Jesus had zero tolerance for falsehoods and hypocrisy - John 8:44,45; Matthew ch 23; John 3:36 etal

Mahatma Gandhi once said, "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians, they are so unlike your Christ." Saw the Aussie version of Jesus Christ Superstar on Stage when we were first married 51 years ago. I was mesmerized. It was Wonderful.

You are the best, the musical was from London and the dialog of the resurrection, just like the Book. I love gospel music. Judging how we love the Lord is not Christian like.;)

We are the sons of the living God. We will rejoice and be glad in Him. I don't see the difference it being sung on stage or in a church. He said "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them" Matthew 18: 19-20. He didn't say, but not in Hollywood, did he ?
