Your provocative monoku comes from a brilliant well of deep thought, Laura, and stimulates one’s imagination. In this limited form you have managed a voluminous write of multifaceted beauty. Thought provoking and meaningful poetry. Warmest wishes always.. ~Susan

This was before your time, but there was a very famous perfume advertising campaign..."Promise her anything, but give her Arpege." It was commonly on TV between Thanksgiving and Xmas. However, that was easy to understand. Your work has some different interpretations. So how can you be so clever in so few words? I am, as always, in awe.

Hi Laura, Promises, promises, how many are made and never kept? Sometimes promises made are not attainable. Loved the content of your Monoku. Have a wonderful Wednesday. hugs....Mike. XX
