Mary arrived to be purified
in the holy Temple where did reside
Anna and Simeon
who each had a vision
of Jesus to be shared and magnified.
Mary heard their child would be a sign
for the fall and rise of many in time,
revealed as the light
for gentiles delight
bringing salvation by God's design.
