'preordained'
If I could,
I would take away your questions
Make you worries disappear
Wave my magic wand
Just to turn your frown into a smile
Life just don’t work that way,
There are moments in life
When we don’t know the reasons why
Maybe we are not suppose to know why
Maybe we are not suppose to wonder why
Even that knowledge will not deter us
From searching for reasons
Searching for meaning
To why we have to struggle,
Why we can’t always have everything we want
We get thrown for a loop,
Illness strike, heartache cross our path
To test our faith, to build our character,
To grow into the man or woman
We are ultimately destined to be…
