Prejudice You say…You are different, I don’t like you You skins color effects my view Get behind me what are you think you’re doing This is not approved, you’re not approved I say…Do not judge me you don’t know me Why must you hate me when you can’t throw me Can’t console me you have no infancy Why must you crucify me you won’t die for me You stand beside me, yet you hide from me You walk the same steps yet you regret You breathe the same air I breathe yet you still fear Wishing me dead, this you’ve said You’re not the enemy nor are you a friend to me Guess we’re just frienmies--- I wish you well, though you couldn’t tell This is the truth….the THE REALITY.. You say…I hate you for the color of your skin? You’re liken an animal wild and ill behaved You are not like me at all You are different, I don’t like you You skins color effects my view Get behind me what are you think you’re doing This is not approved, you’re not approved I say…Do you abhor me for just being? Do you watch and wait, just to dissimulate What’s in your heart why? Is it filling with so much hate? You see me as the doom and your gloom in destine fate; You want me dead now and not later; You paint the vision of a separate world; Where we’re not together anymore; A world made of perfect souls; Where will the diverse and different go; Anywhere you say but here; My prejudiced brother, yes I still call you brother; For I pray for you, your life and soul… You say you’ll take your hatred to the grave; And that you’ll never, ever chance your ways; I have an unfavorable attitude of you; I will never ever see your view nor love you; You’re the unjust minority what do you think you’re gonna do; Git, out of here, I hate you and your race; Git thee, behind me your group your membership; Dehumanization stripping you of your dignity and humanity; For us this is just lowly and lovely; I say…Do you abhor me for just being? Do you watch and wait, just to dissimulate What’s in your heart why? Is it filling with so much hate? You see me as the doom and your gloom in destine fate; You want me dead now and not later; You paint the vision of a separate world; Where we’re not together anymore; THE REALITY.. You say…I hate you for the color of your skin? You say…You are different, I don’t like you You skins color effects my view Get behind me what are you thinking you’re doing This is not approved, you’re not approved My negative opinion about you is; The main purpose you’re not equal based on the color of your skin!
