Precious As a Kitten

Once I found myself with my back against the wall Trying hard to contemplate the meaning of it all It was then I bowed my head and ask of the Lord Is it better for a man to use the cross or the sword The answer came as suddenly as a bolt of light There are times in this life that a man must fight Instead of fighting with our fist we fight with our prayer Ask of the Lord and his guidence will be there I’ve laid down my boots and said bye to my gloves Let the hate leave my heart so it could fill with love Love is the most beautiful thing we could ever know For it is the thing that binds the heart to the soul As I bring an end to this little rhyme You are about to read the love story of all time For the love of the Lord simply can’t be beat What good is the A-1 sauce if we have no meat? As this poem reaches its end I hope I have clearly written Offer yourself unto the Lord and become as precious as a kitten I would like to dedicate this poem to my dear friend who is precious as the kittens that she so dearly loves. Rhoda this one is for you. I thank you for the love and support you have shown my family and I.

a very nice concept of the way you wrote this beautiful poem enjoyed it. as far as the old tv shows goes I love lucy i have the whole series 179 shows i don't have the hour shows yet, and i have the first five seasons of andy griffith, the ones with barney. but these modern shows are trash as far as I'm concern, so i don't watch very much tv. any way have a nice day.
