Prayers For Our Poets
My friends these are Perilous times. You can see it everywhere, feel it, and for many of us we are experiencing heartache through the loss of a loved one. To add to our troubles, sickness or disease has arrived into our lives, on top of the sadness that the world is experiencing with this Global meltdown.
I want to select a few of our beloved Poets, and their family members, husbands, wives, to say a prayer for and have those led by this piece to also pray for these precious souls. Also those that suffer silently...
Please pray for these members of Poetry Soup and family, husbands, wives, aunts, uncles, sister, brother, nieces, and cousins.
Edward Ibeh mother in law. Marlene Evans son Jonathan Morris Evans. Belle Bellevue Husband, Alan. Jane Allison. Demetrios Trifiatis,Robert Lindley and his beloved wife. Pangiota Romios. Connie Marcum Wong stepson Michael. Also those that hold their suffering silently who have lost loved ones and those that are in depression and pain...
In the day of my trouble I will call upon you,
For you will answer me.
Among the gods there is none like you. O Lord;
Nor are there any works like Your works. All
nations whom You have made Shall come and
worship before you. O Lord, And shall glorify
You name. For You are great and do wondrous
things; You alone are God.
PSALM 107:19-20
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ, the father of mercies and God of all comfort,
who comforts us in our tribulation, that we may be
able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with
the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted
by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us,
so our consolation also abounds through Christ.
2 CORINTHIANS 1:3-5
Then they cried out to the Lord in their Trouble, And
He saved them out of their Distresses. He sent his
word and healed them, And delivered them from their
destructions.
PSALM 107:19-20
Please pray.
