Prayer Changes Things

Have we exited a life that may have no return
and whatever follows we must learn to adjust?
We smell the smoke, beholding the bridges that burn,
and in our government continually trust.
People try convincing us they’ve the solution,
but when cause is unknown its a tough fish to fry.
Pray that our leaders can reach quick resolution,
and the reason for this we never ask God why?
“Get down on your knees
and thank God you are on your feet”
