Prayer
Look beyond grief
To cheer most brief
Sad yet still good
That heavy mood
Look beyond things
To soul's warm spring
Joy in touch sad
May not be bad
Look beyond need
To simply heed
Hope wears a face
So full of grace
Look beyond time
As prayer mimes
Faith is true wit
That shapes grand fit
Look beyond pain
To your swift gain
Love is the way
To live each day
Look beyond strife
To live your life
Be mindful then
To glimpse just when
Look beyond space
To know your place
Grace and love light
Your charming flight.
Look beyond here
As now draws near
Your heart feels light
In mystic flight
Look beyond thought
For your true lot
God lives in you
In all you do
