I praise Him with my thoughts,
Bleeding hope and light, gentling
Smiles, wishes burning without regret,
His love is something that I’ll never forget
His love is the wonder that assures the mindset

He is alive – the light, reflecting hope
Insight, inviting hearts to ignite the joy found
Inside those who know Him, 
The miracle of life, the miracle – He is alive,
Like an endless hope, a forever peace, the whole
Reason I can see through the doubts, the fears,
The tears that try to silence my dreams…

Because He is with me, comforting, calming
Soothing away all my worries, 
With His kindness, so tender, so loving
I know the meaning of grace that never goes away,
Grace that lifts my soul on wings of faith,
Grace that calms my fears and wipes away my tears,
Grace that is the miracle who abides throughout the years,
Inspiring me to listen to the still, small voice – His whisper
Silencing every doubt, never leaving me out – always
Promising me that with Him, I’ll never be betrayed

Because I believe in Him, His gift to me
Grace that uplifts, reassures, makes a way through fear
I know what it means to have a life that is filled
With blessings that could only have come down
From the hand of a Father who truly does care,
A Father who always understands and a Father who 
Is like no one else has ever been – He is eternal
He is forever my friend and confidant. He is always…

With me through the darkness, the strife… throughout life
Throughout all time – He is forever mine, the One
Who outlasts every thought, each prayer, all the praise
That reminds me why I will forever be a child…

Who loves, honors, praises… because He is
The greatest joy, the only hope, the kindest Father
Forever my love…. I’ll praise Him forevermore
Thanks to Him, I know the meaning of real love
I’ll still be praising Him… when death takes me home
Forever and always, He is the One I adore
Forever and always, I’ll praise Him all the more
Because He is mine, I know I’ll survive the war
Because He abides with me, I’m forever sure…

I’ll keep on praising… praise God, praise God
Praise GOD for this love that comes down from above,
Lighting my way so I can say, Praise God every day
With Him, I’ll forever stay – Praise God – I’ll always pray
To the One who will never lead me astray -  Praise God
For everything – forever with Him, praising, eternally!
