Jesus didn’t leave us Without hope, faith or grace He gave us so much love Shining down from His home above He whispered joy into us Who live our lives as gifts From the One who created us And gave us the chance to Light up this world with His Kindness, His grace, His gentle Expression of hope and faith Jesus didn’t leave us Without assurance that He was Always with us, forever awaiting The moment when we would need Him The time when we’d turn to Him Praying for His strength to come Filling us with courage and bravery As we shine our light for the world to see With hope that they would discover The wonder of Jesus’ sweet love Jesus didn’t leave us Without His peace and serenity The whisper of a dream falling like rain Pelting our minds with joy and faith Like the drenching love that burns wild Filling us with flames of intense desire For more of His love, more of Him The One who brings us the warmth The kindness, the hope – everything good That comes from the One who created us The One who gave us His gift of salvation And the unending harmony that comes alive On the music of praise and worship The admiration for One who brings life To the broken spirit, the heart who cries Out for a hope in this place of no hope I applaud the One who made me The One who stayed with me Through the pain and sorrow The worries that sometimes haunt The shadows of sadness so dark I praise the One who never left me He is the One who brings me grace So that salvation can make a way For me to reach beyond this place Into the heart of heaven and a home That awaits my yearning heart and soul Someday I will know Him as I am known And I love Him with every fiber of my soul! Praise God!!!! ~~~ FROM the King James Version: The Shield of Faith Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. The Breastplate of Righteousness Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; The Sword of the Spirit Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: The Helmet of Salvation 1 Thessalonians 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.

Thanks, Regina for the poem and verses. I love your boldness, we never needed God more. The end times are flying right out of the pages of the bible. I love your writings.
