PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR EXHORTING US TO SERVE HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY
October 29 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Luke 16-17
Key Verse – Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR EXHORTING US
TO SERVE HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY
Praise be to God for exhorting us
to serve Him wholeheartedly, not:
Displeasing Him with our double-mindedness
Distressed because of defiant mentality
Distracted midst different meetings
Departing from His distinct might
Depending on deriding motives
Luke 17:5 Praise be to the Lord for increasing
our faith as we ask for it, being His:
Saved sealed by His worth, and saints shaped through His ways
Soldiers strengthened in His will, and servants striving in His work
Seekers satisfied in worship, sanctified as well as shielded in our walk
Sheep staying in His wellness, secured and supplied against weariness
Students sharpened by His Word, and stewards steadfast in His winning
Luke 17:15 Praise be to the Saviour for empowering
us to glorify Him as we:
Testify about His triumph in our lives
Thank Him for teaching us along His leadership
Trust His truth midst trials and temptation lessons
Toil for Him, taking His tasks along His tenacious liberty
Talk of His timeliness and timelessness with treasured load. Amen!
