Powdery Blanket
The soft powdery blanket coats
Some of Georgia's tall Pines
Whose outstretched arms reach to the sky
Offer prayer's few lines
This a backdrop to Pale Pink Rose
Who 'pon trellis still grows
Her many blossoms now open
She puts on her spring's show
She has reached out to strong pear
Kissed and entwined branches
If allowed to continue hold
Pear will give death chances
Finis'
The Pale Pink Running Rose
has reached out and grabbed
the Pear Tree and running up it...
