Here is the link to Snicker's picture as a pup. He was smaller than the cat. Today he is three or four times bigger than her!

Life with Snickers
(four short poems in one)
our one-year-old dog
lapping up toilet water -
what a potty mouth
That dog is also into smut;
he likes to sniff poor kitty’s butt.
He hears my slightest movements in the kitchen.
His paws appear at the counter where I’m preparing food.
Later, Snickers comes to me. In his mouth he bears a rope.
He wants to play that silly game I dread.
He stares at me, big brown eyes filled with hope.
Tug of war I play with him. When it’s time for bed,
The cat and I can’t rest till Snickers has laid down his head.
