I hope that happens for you. I am actually having my first poem published from a contest I entered. It will be in a 300 page anthology. Its called "Who am I" in a form called minute.Thanks for pointing out what acrostic meant, I had forgotten!!

I have tried hard to publish a poem in a magazine several times with no luck at all. Being here on the Soup I notice that I got further. So I am pleased with that.
