Poetry
I think that there can never be
good poetry lest writers see
as poets- who can make words sing
with metaphors in thoughts that bring
new slants on simple things portrayed
when cloaked in special words conveyed
and stand together with our art
in painting visions of the heart
that fills our minds with special ways
to shape the thoughts our words will phrase-
and share with others drawn to find
our word-filled Soup- will soothe the mind
