Poetic Justice

A pickpocket named Dodger
lived to become an old codger,
alas a walking stick and heaps of pain
his getaway speed sadly on the wane.

Cute one, Harry. Imagine an old codger like that still trying to 'raise cane.' Congrats on your win in the contest, and Season's best! ~ Gershon

SUPER!! I think John will get a great laugh from this old man's loss of "getaway speed," Harry. Don't think you even need luck to win this contest. Sometimes, talent stands out on its own! Love, Carolyn
