The sun will shine brighter tomorrow when we humans shake off shackles for tribalism when we understand the importance of our stewardship of our planet and it’s eco systems, when we can exchange greed for generosity, hate for love, jealousy for sympathy, war for peace then and only then can we plan for the future please let the sun shine much brighter tomorrow. 6/26/2018 Poem of poems contest Sponsored by Charles Messina.

Thanks Jan, I tend to write things like this then feel so hypocritical due to knowing that I have if only in small way contributed to the problem and feel useless as we have no influence to change things except moan, (sorry for the rant) I can’t see any political will to try and change our problems. We cannot shake off anything until we first shake off hypocrisy! Those leading the charge for a cleaner brighter world need to begin to actually live what they preach!
