The sun will shine brighter tomorrow when Warm rays of love and peace reach us all Hope carries us in the blowing breeze Through the open skies of opportunity Never give up, never give in To the passing darkness that ensues Just wait to see, we’re in this together We are a shining creation of unity Heidi Sands 6/13/18 Placed 2nd in the Poem of Poems contest.
