Plugged Into the Power
He’s got the power,
unlimited Son power in His name
Jesus Christ went three days with the lights off,
then shone with the brightness of a trillion billion suns
when He turned His life back on
This illumination of salvation
is seen from the heights of everlasting joy,
to the depths of fleeting sorrow
Get plugged into the Son power,
become a twinkling star of tomorrow
Resurrection is soul transforming:
Saints are given new stellar skin
impervious to all mortal sin
Need never no worry
of the plug ever being pulled again
Jesus Christ has the power,
infinite God power in His Father’s name
He was given glory and power,
never succumbed to the temptation of the fame
Transfiguration radiating
so much Son power in the heavens
The Messiah has the power,
all power was given into His hands
Taken off the cross
and buried ...
Went three days with the lights off,
then the Alpha Sun shone
with the brightness of a trillion billion daughters and sons
when He turned His life back on
He’s the Redeemer with the Son power
to save souls
by the brightness of His life-giving Spirit
His holy name has the pure power within
to purge by Light the death of sin
Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten One,
has the eternal electrifying,
death-defying, Son power flowing
Stay plugged into the power,
never live in darkness ever again
