I love the positivity. Wish I were this positive. (I drank in negativity with mother's milk and in the atmosphere of the house I grew up in. I've managed to rid myself of some of it, but not all.). Great message! :) gw

I have to force myself to look in the mirror and YELL good things about myself for ten minutes before I face my husband who has heard and is in hiding. It is WORTH it though. Try it!
