Play Possum
We were very young, maybe three. In her pretty home, a party was going on. The dinning room table was filled with wonderful foods, the ladies were busy laughing and eating. We were the only two kids, trying to pass the time away. The ladies were dressed up in their best, many with pretty hats upon their heads. In walked two nuns, all dressed in black~wearing huge hats. We had never seen such a terrifying sight, over in the corner we ran. Scared to death, we played possum. As the ladies walked by we heard them say, they are sleeping like angels.
