As I said in one of my poems, He/She took the L out of lover Now it's over. You commented on my poem Life Of The Party and started your comment with Childhood Sweetheart. It puzzled me for some time. Did we meet before? Cal Bamni

Sorry for the confusion. To clarify, I meant a question mark after the comment, wondering if you were writing about someone from your childhood. I did enjoy your lyrics. :)

Great sensitive rhyme! It took me a long time to let go of relationships, when there was nothing there. But I was young and trusting. One learns to let go of losers. It is a learning process. Men don’t understand, that they are NOT the “only man”in the world.)) there are billions of men. And, oh the hours wasted in tears..me, too. Pangie

Hi my friend. Easy for me to move on. I've never really tried to hang on - if it's over, it's over. Thanks for stopping by! Linda

This is lovely, sad and most touching, Linda. It is hurtful when love is given willingly but is not returned. ~ Regards // paul

Yes, life can be like a pinball machine when someone else controls the flippers. Aloha!

And I would say friend Rico, that one should not allow their flippers to be controlled by any other than the owner. :)) Thanks for stopping by and commenting! Linda
