Picasso Paradox

my mind is an abstract vase, adorned with crystal gold lines~  from pixelated pearls homing whimsical wishes                and blue-rose reveries, a Picasso paradox           painted with         sculptured serenity... but as violin warmth of melancholia  ricochets in hypnotic cadence listen to the lethargic starlight    orchestrate a concerto ~ depicting this tired tongue,    s e a r c h i n g for a major chord          of magical mellifluence to summon the silver                    of your citrine moon...  for when i n k flows between   sun-blushed seas         in feisty meter I still trace your         blue-blaze vibrance~ drawing an ardent ambience          of l o v e before the r a i n...

IE, ahh so your ideas are complicated to fathom…or perhaps we have to think about how all the pieces fit together. In an interesting way, you’ve described your nuanced writing style. You often add melancholy or a condition that complicates what you express. This is really a pleasure to read several times and picture your art slightly differently with each pass. Ending with love and rain is interesting…it’s an ambiance that we can think about in many ways. Smiles!

I love when your poems are shortened like this. Still beautiful but just the right size. Was this for a contest? Sure to be a winner. Pixelated pearls. So many other creative images.

The makeup of your melancholia is a season of beauty refining the fresh features of your unique face, defining not age, rather defying sorrow's fragile rage...the petrichor of love is the satisfaction of this powerfully honest poem Poetess...J.A.B.

Dear Empress, I just read your poem and wow, it completely moved me. The way you write about imagery and emotion is truly magical. I felt every word within me, especially the longing and warmth that lingers throughout. Your talent shines through beautifully. Such a personal piece; it truly touched my heart. That is quite an interesting way to describe your mind and compare it to a Picasso paradox... Your poem has a lot of layers and takes the reader on a journey of complexities, but seems to finish with a moment of closure at the end , but still a fear that it will rain.. but are not all relationships like that with ups and downs... As always your metaphorical use is masterful and you have produced another quality poem.. I can see you have been missed on here.. All the best.. peace and blessings

and when your ink flows there is always a stream of colorful images. It would have to be a paradox to find serenity in a Picasso. Forget the meter... I like the feisty part.
