Using Suzette Richards' new form - Phoenix Sixain. Resurrect 5 consecutive lines from an older write. Use a word from each line for the 6th line (with allowance for slight grammatical adjustment for final line so it reads well)
may I rest my head on your shoulder my friend pass light person to person compelled to run and run until I looked back I'm mid flight as you catch me stock still and mesmerised at existence may light compel me still

Ah I love how your last line, it flows so well! Brilliant! You are really good at this form and how your lines flow is excellent. Are we supppsed to choose lines from just one poem ? This one truly is so heartfelt! I love the line “ pass light person to person” evocative and soulful take! Best wishes!

Thank you. Yes, it's consecutive lines from an older poem. You can reorder the words for the 6th line but that also is preferred as the order they appear. I actually entered not one of these three haha I think I'll change my entry at some point. My titles need to be 5 words only if I do though. Glad you like these so much, I enjoyed doing them for sure :)
