Phantom Lovers(Journeysof the White Canoe)

Your white canoe comes edging down you skim the river without sound thank God I guessed that you'd be found along the Misty river. I stand upon the bridge and wait I know I tempt the hand of fate but I grow bold, the hour is late along the Misty river I leap on out and take the tide to land like magic at your side together we will always glide along the Misty river The essence of the river cares he runs his fingers through my hair He says I'll love you every where along the Misty river He wraps his cloak around my heart warm and white and set apart I take an oar to make a start along the Misty river.
