Perhaps I Am To Blame

Perhaps I am to blame That she doesn’t love me any more Perhaps I doused the flame From this woman I adore Perhaps the fault all falls on me That she no longer feels the love And that’s why I’m on my knee Asking help from high above Can the spark be now restored Can we regain what we once had Can she love me again once more Can we turn to good the bad Can we repair our damaged hearts Can we forgive and both forget Can the future we now restart So the past we won’t regret I vow to do my best Please help me pass the test

And with second chances, love can endure even stronger. Lovely loving poem, sadly so.
