The old man sits Silence knows wit Looks as world swirls Through curious twirls By this old place Greets time and space The old tree knows How old norms flow Day after day His gaze sums play Curious eyes dart As wonder arts Here by strange chance He stares in trance He sits alone With gaze he hones Not much for words Unknown, unheard In a brief style We share stray smile The old man sits Wears curious wit Leon Enriquez 01 December 2016 Singapore
