The idea of "Paper People" was given to me by a close friend (hello, Migs) so I would have to offer him some credit too haha. Thanks!

I think this can be taken either in a good way or bad way. I was reminded of early American rebels with the declaration of Independence as the paper that inspired them on to victory. But probably a more sinister or shallower meaning could be taken from your poem
