Pants Below the Butt
To all of you guys who insist on wearing your pants hanging below your butt.
Here's some information for all of you that you may not be aware of.
That dress code is rooted from prison living.
Prisoners who display themselves that way are advertising
that they'll sexually prostitute themselves for cigarettes or protection.
It's known as PBS (Prison ***** Syndrome).
