My father used to tell me that worry was a useless thing that kept you up all night, I try and recall his advice, and try to tune everything out at night, thanks for this thoughtful poem Sara,

my dad was the same way...he wasn't a worrier...just a patient man who strove every day to live with integrity...he didn't sweat the small stuff. Have a great evening...and thanks for your visit, hugs, Sara
