Leaves, rustling on summer, in June Leaves, wishing for fireflies, in tune Rain falling, reflecting God’s grace Rain stirring hope with its embrace Leaves, on the ground, silent and sure Leaves wistful, laughing, so demure Rain dripping love you won’t erase Rain stirring hope with its embrace Leaves, swaying with the breeze, gusty Leaves dancing like earth’s not dusty Rain and snow, storms for hearts to face Rain stirring hope with its embrace Buttercups, roses, lilies too Wrens and robins, turtles in dew Out my window - wide open space Rain stirring hope with its embrace

Nothing like observing God's creation in peace. Not so for Maui right now
