Our Sunshine High

Bright sunshine magnifies our happiness
    with rays that spread a glow on all we see.
          It has a way of dulling dreariness
               and blocking thoughts of glum reality.

Our minds are soothed with the euphoria
     instilled from sun-splashed skies and golden views
          that numb all negative dysphoria
               as highs from sunny rays to minds infuse.

A precious gift, this sunshine we enjoy:
     its mighty power helps all nature grow;
          but added too, a psychedelic ploy
               to keep us balanced through our ebb and flow.

To help reduce our swings to dolefulness-
                Bright sunshine magnifies our happiness.
