Our Restless GenZees Winds That Scatter and Gather
They are a generation that is disillusioned and disgruntled with the Status Quo
Ever they are faulting the old guard for running our most beloved country down
Most of them are very techno savvy and have the indicting info at their finger tips
Most of them have high aspirations which have not been dashed down by regrets
They differ from the millennials whom they claim are tolerant of oppressive times
They went to school at a time corporal punishment was outlawed rights articulated
They appear as though they have no regard for authority MO is vindictive in nature
They are agitated and combative in nature with a keenly nurtured solidarity ideation
The political class scratches their heads in a crises mode owing to their pressure
The GenZees have the support of most citizens who can identify with the agitation
The regime choosing to call them anarchist and terrorist rather than choose logic
Time and again the political class is goofing on conflicting strong worded coercions
They give our Hustlers president sleepless nights demanding he meets the promises
That he made to the people of our beloved country when he was begging for votes
They can no longer sit back and be told they are leaders of tomorrow wanting it now
They hit our streets chanting slogans wanting to change the vile systemic oppression
The beautiful ones I do dare say have now been born and them challenging leadership
The leaders time again have to go back to the drawing board no longer can they afford
To overlook the youth of this nation who are the majority and who are the disgruntled
The winds of change rock the country ever unsettling many who were b4 secure in Quo
The youths are now demanding an equitable share of the national cake in opportunities
The revolution is fronting economic empowerment and political liberation of all citizens
The revolution is founded on the tenets of African Renaissance and the awaited re-birth
These are exciting times for them all who love positive change and who dream of a future
An awaited revolutionary age in times of knowledge explosion when prospects do abound
When our great land, of the Lion, Shield, and Spear will be awake to its full innate Potential
When talents n’ gifts of our youth are best harnessed in synergy for posterity of our country
With exiting challenges from GenZees having the ability to unlock the much desired progress
The peoples no longer satiated are going out of the way to ensure accountability in leadership
The peoples are now saying no to oppression from the regime and do desire to live in freedom
The GenZees have now awoken the masses to the potential that can be harnessed from unity
The country is awake to new exiting ideas that it should choose to mentor in the common gain
