Our New Adventure
We awoke to watch the sunrise,
On the clearest summers day.
Looking across the ocean
Not a building in the way.
The sun is slowly rising
Casting orange light across the sea,
Just the ripple of the ocean
Breaking the tranquility.
We see a distant ship a sailing,
In front of the rising sun
As we set out on our journey,
Our new adventure to come.
