Our mission comes from God’s command By His authority guiding us with His hand We pray to the Saviour Who grants life eternal so grand Along willing compliance to His demand. Our mission draws our hearts to the Lord By His love binding us to His redemption-cord We reach out to those in need of divine gift He alone can afford Along desire to proclaim the Gospel for their everlasting record. Our mission requires us to show compassion By Christ’s kindness provoking us into action We rescue the perishing from hell’s damnation Along caring deeds that speak of biblical conversion. Our mission propels us to exercise faith’s firmness By the Lord’s power enabling us to continue in His goodness We warn against works of unrighteousness Along goal to populate heaven midst Satan’s deceitfulness. Our mission calls for our commitment By the Scriptures driving our soulwinning engagement We direct the spiritually blind to the truth for their enlightenment Along diligence vanquishing slothfulness-allurement. Our mission gears up our Great Commission endeavour By the Almighty’s plan to do our part midst mercy’s fervour We disciple others for them to grow in His gracious savour Along teaching* conviction that glows around His sweet favour. Our mission as God’s stewards brings rewards toward eternity By His strength upholding our incapacity We edify brethren to fulfill ministerial duty Along shining testimony to accomplish responsibility.
*Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. November 7, 2020
